We all know what reality is like, but we often get caught up in our thoughts and forget to appreciate the present moment. We can break out of this cycle by recognizing our beliefs, assumptions, and theories that may be holding us back.
Mindful Inquiry is a way to identify and question these beliefs and be liberated from the suffering and pain they can cause. It’s an invitation to open up to the possibilities of living life to the fullest and enjoying the mental health, well-being, and happiness that comes with it!
