  • Values and purpose clarification (clarifying what is most important in your life)
  • Life transitions(changing jobs, relationships, loss & grief)
  • School and work-related stress, procrastination, and poor academic performance

  • Struggles with spirituality and religion
  • Insomnia, nightmares, and other sleep disorders

I also have significant experience working with issues specific to higher education. I enjoy working with physicians and other health care providers, especially other mental health counselors/psychotherapists.
